    I bought 2 of these from Amazon. First one(bottom) had bad selfie camera. Second one worked but apparently prev. user never used a case so phone was pretty beat up, definitely nothing close to excellent. Didn't want to do a second return and third order as they already have more than $500 of my money currently. Luckily the screen and electronics is working so I will hide the beat up phone in a case and think twice about buying any more "renewed" phones. Sellers rightly think they can get away with lying.

    My S10Lite finally malfunctioned, so it was time to replace. I will never spend $$$$ for a phone, this refurb S20+5G was an excellent deal at a bargain price. It got here faster than expected, in fine shape (honestly cannot tell it from new!). Put my SIM card in, and it was good to go. But.....my Verizon specific Voicemail app was not there, and could not be found at the app store. Called the seller, Macalegin Electronics, spoke to Taylor. Long story, but due to my schedule, the somewhat technical fix didn't happen for over a month. As I said, this was my situation with a sick wife and a demanding schedule that caused the delay. The amazing part was Taylor kept reaching out to me, trying to get my issue resolved, several times in fact. We got it done this morning. First of all, it was complicated enough that I could not have done it without an expert talking me through it, which Taylor did. Product support like this is extremely hard, if not impossible to find anymore. Cannot say enough good about this company, and Taylor...except: THANK YOU!

    I received this S20+ 5G Renewed Phone from Stalion Requip, Shipped from Amazon. Arrived with
    Android 13 installed. Phone was well packed and came in a plain box with a nice 5Volt 2Amp (9Volt 1.87Amp) charger, USB C charging cable, and SIM Tray removal tool. The box was labeled NEW. The model I received is SM-G986U1. It is NEW, Pristine, Looks and Performs Flawlessly. The phone is Fully Unlocked for all US carriers GSM and CDMA. I put my SIM card and SD card in the dual SIM tray, powered up and in a short while I was up and running. I used the included Smart Switch app to transfer everything from my old Samsung phone. The phone is fast, color and graphics are great. WiFi and Bluetooth connect easily and work flawlessly. Phone connects quickly to Tracfone/Verizon mobile network and switches smoothly between LTE and 5G as I travel along. My Cell service is Tracfone through Verizon. The S20+ supports most of the LTE bands and 5G bands used by Verizon. This is important especially if you live or travel in a weak signal area with Verizon or other CDMA carrier. I don’t know about GSM carriers. I first ordered the S20 FE, which, I found out, does not support the mmWave bands needed for the fastest 5G Verizon service or reliably connect to Verizon in my weak signal home location. As a result I couldn’t get connected unless I walked outside my house into my driveway. Someone living in a strong signal area would not notice unless they travel into a weak signal area. This seems to be a problem with the design of the S20 FE and not the fault of the Renewer or Amazon. I wasn't willing to wait and try a replacement S20 Fe 5G so, unfortunately I had to send the S20 FE 5G back, I ordered the S20+ 5G instead. I'm very happy with my decision and with my S20+ 5G which supports 5G mmWave and reliably connects to Verizon in my weak signal area.
    I can’t say enough good about Stalion Requip. All Renewers are not created equal. Stalion Requip includes a printout of all the internal specs and test results so you know what you're getting. Purchase your phone from Stalion Requip and you won’t be disappointed.

    First, kudos to the seller. Shipped fast and arrived early. Thank you.
    This phone is great. The screen is clear, bright and very dim when that's required too. The internals are snappy and responsive, audio is loud and crystal clear. Overall it feels like a solid pocket computer.
    The only negative I have found is the fingerprint reader. Since it's on the front, under the screen, only thumbprints make sense, and it's sloooow! Its also unusable if my hands are not completely clean and dry. I'm always doing filthy things working with my hands, so usually I just swipe and unlock with a pattern. Coming from years of using LG phones, Samsung could take some pointers on the fingerprint scanner function and location. It makes me sad that LG is not making pocket computers anymore. Samsung is good, LG was better overall I think. Still, it's a good machine for good value.
    Edit: the fingerprint reader has stopped functioning completely. Its is fully useless except as a blingy gimmick. If you need a phone that will unlock via fingerprint, don't buy this.
    UPDATE: apparently Samsung is junk. Dropped last month and even inside full armor, the back glass cracked. Who builds a phone using glass on the back? Dumb. The phone started glitching badly yesterday, one week after warranty expiration. Lol, typical. I had to reset the phone 3 times today and the camera and gallery will both cause the phone to lock up requiring a hard reset. Cannot recommend this or any Samsung phone. Waste of money, resources, time and energy. Back to LG quality for as long as I can get one. None of my old LG phones have failed, they've been upgraded and put away, all still work fine. Samsung is junk as far as I am concerned.

    Bought a phone from a different seller and had touchscreen issues so had to return it for a refund only and then bought this one from different seller. Would have given this purchase 5 stars if the phone would have come in the factory Samsung box and with the Samsung charger instead of an aftermarket one and a generic box. Took a couple weeks to get the phone fully set up similar to my old phone but currently am very happy with it and it's quality of refurbishment.

    There are many good sellers of Refurbished phones, but having went through several of these "refurbished" phones, and being disappointed on minor details, I was PLEASANTLY surprised that CELLULAR GALLERY gave me EXACTLY what I wanted in a Samsung 20+ 5G, and took care to not only send exactly what they advertised, but that they shipped it out a week faster than the Amazon delivery required. I was so impressed by their service, that the next day I ordered a second phone (yet to receive), but am confident it too will be as I expect and look, and perform flawlessly.

    RESÚMEN:
    El celular llegó en buenas condiciones, solo llegó con unos rayones muy pequeños que se pueden ocultar fácilmente con una funda, cuenta con Snapdragon, me vino desbloqueado y me funcionó con mi chip de Telcel, el celular es la versión americana del Samsung S20+.

    ACCESORIOS:
    El celular también me llegó con sus accesorios originales (cargador completo y un adaptador USB para USC - C) por lo que me salió muy bien al menos esa parte.

    BATERÍA:
    La capacidad de la batería me marca que sigue siendo de 4500 mAh y día tras día la siento muy duradera; mi anterior celular era el Huawei P40 Pro y este celular me dura mucho más la batería, siento que la administra de mejor forma y eso que suelo usar mucho el celular y apenas se baja la batería del dispositivo.

    CÁMARAS:
    No tengo mucho que decir en este aspecto, funcionan como nuevas, no tengo nada que decir.

    ALMACENAMIENTO:
    Al ser liberado de cualquier compañía me libre de las molestas aplicaciones que después te ponen los distribuidores de chips así que tengo mucho más espacio libre a que si lo hubiera conseguido de mediante alguna compañía.

    CONCLUSIÓN:
    Es mi primera compra de un celular reacondicionado y definitivamente recomiendo a las personas el pensar comprar este tipo de dispositivos porque aparte de que son celulares con excelente calidad, están a un excelente precio. Si quieren todavía el asegurarse de que es un buen producto también podrían revisar las calificaciones que tiene el vendedor que está vendiendo el celular ya que no siempre es el mismo.
