Also we can monitor 👀 everything with the Mobile Fence App which Parents should have you can choose what to Block, filter, and see what they are messaging and to who there. This phone has an amazing a CPU, GPU, as wells as great Locking security like Fingerprint technology, and Face Recognition, with Pin or Password Back up, but it also has a easy user friendly Interface that anyone can use. Plus, it takes Awesome Pictures up to 4k, and Video. It has a sleek, but sturdy build to it, it charges fast and also has a wireless Charge that let you share your batter life to other Devices that are compatible and might need a quick charge when their phone is almost dead. I've been using the Samsung Galaxy Devices since I first pick out Galaxy S3 instead of my usual choice of either LG or Sony. But they don't hold even 1% of what the Samsung Galaxy Do, Samsung has been there for me they honor their warranty and their guarantee everytime from my Galaxy Devices to all my othe Samsung Electronics. I was a bit worried from some of the reviews, but at the price it was hard to pass up, and thankfully my device arrived in an absolutely flawless condition. I would never have known it was used. The basic s20+ reviews/feature list can be looked up elsewhere, so I'll not talk about those.

The camera is not fuzzy/blurry for me.
The battery is great
No scratches anywhere on the device
The fingerprint reader is a huge upgrade over my last phone and works as intended

It Wasn't Unlocked

Here's what happened:

(1) This phone was listed as unlocked from Sprint, so I moved it to Mint Mobile. It came perfectly fine. No scratches or damage.

(2) My Mint Mobile ESIM would not acrivate. Talked to customer support and they sent me to Samsung Support because they had no idea what was going on.

(3) Samsung Support told me the phone was still locked under Sprint and told me to go to them.

(4) I don't have any of this phone's original Sprint information due to it being a new device, so I went to Amazon Support.

(5) Amazon Support told me that this phone is actually locked under Verizon, but to do a factory reset to double check. I did one, and nothing changed.

(6) So I was told this phone was unlocked. It is not. I was also told this phone was previously under Sprint. Apparently, it was not either. I felt lied to twice.

(7) I am returning this product.

To conclude: While some people easily use these unlocked phones, please double check that they are unlocked ASAP. As soon as you have problems, contact the seller or Amazon support. I wasted so much time and money on this. The phone itself was beautiful and worked fine. I just had so many service issues.

Since I refuse to spend $1000 on a new phone, here we are - using a 3 year old phone.

That being said, this phone is exactly what I was hoping it would be. (although I mistakenly ordered an S20+ instead I'd the ultra)
The condition was near flawless.
There is a very slight amount of burn in which is not noticeable without an inspection app and not severe by any stretch.

The phone is super snappy, has a fantastic display and battery life is fantastic as well.

Buying it refurbished was a good move in my case.

I wear Bluetooth hearing aids, so Bluetooth functionality was very important in my purchase.
I can walk 30+ feet away from my phone with no loss of quality where my old phone might make it 10ft if lucky.

Switching audio output between phone, truck Bluetooth and hearing aids is very easy and quicker than I was expecting.
You are also able to specify which apps you'd like to default to BT or phone audio only. That's helpful as well.

Even though it has some age to it, this phone easily out performs much newer phones and seems like it will hold up for me for years hopefully.

We have purchased 2 of these phones from this company. Both phones began to give an error message when trying to charge it or use the USB plug, along the lines of liquid being detected, and the function won't work. This starts about a month after having and using it. So they're refurbished, but be prepared to eventually not be able to charge your phone w USB and/or not have an alarm go off because the phone died when you thought it was charging.

El celular llegó impecable, prácticamente nuevo. Solo ligeros detalles en la parte de los "botones de volumen y encendido". Pero esto es de esperarse en un equipo que no es nuevo. Cualquier funda cubre ese detalle sin tema. Pero en verdad ni se nota.

Llegó con cargador genérico, no es carga rápida o por lo menos el teléfono no lo reconoce como carga rápida. Llega en cajita generica, pero todo muy bien protegido. Entrega super rápida, Amazon no decepciona.

En cuanto a funcionamiento llevo una semana de uso y nada falla. Gran pantalla, sensor de huella en pantalla funcionando, camara fotográfica excelente. El zoom es x30 e increíble. El teléfono ya se actualizo a Android 13. La conectivad wifi6 es super rápida y estable. La conectividad 5G a este precio es súper favorable, espero conservar este equipo varios años. Y tienes la posibilidad de agregar una tarjeta micro SD para almacenamiento externo. También está liberado para Mexico, sin problenas de redes. Y tiene la posibilidad de usar "e-sim". Gran tecnología a un gran precio. Gracias al proveedor !!!

Update: Lamentablemente el lector de huella dactilar fallo despues de unas semanas de uso diario. Estoy aplicando el reembolso por devolucion. Es la primera vez que me falla algo "renewed", espero la garantia de Amazon pueda resolver este problema. En lineas generales, pensaria en volver a comprar este telefono. En verdad se disfruta mucho su uso.

I bought this phone to replace my aging Razer Phone 2, as its battery needed to be charged every few hours while gaming.

This refurbished phone came in excellent condition, the only signs of wear were very slight scratches on the corners. I bought the spigen liquid air case for the phone and the scratches became a non issue. Screen and sensors are fully functional for a wide range of applications. Camera works as expected. The battery exceeded my expectations and lasts more than a day with heavy use. The charger provided enables fast charging with the phone.

Im very satisfied with my purchase and i feel that this phone can be considered brand new. The product arrived exactly as described. There is a mention of headphones in the product description, which were not included, but as a long time buyer of refurbished phones, I didnt expect or require them.

He recibido el teléfono en perfectas condiciones, funcionando y aparentemente sin ningún problema. Venía en una caja decente y con cargador generico pero nuevo.
Había comprado antes con Amazon y la verdad me decepcionó el tipo de embalaje y producto, pero con este vendedor todo parece bien!
La verdad me siento satisfecha con la compra, lo único que noto es un poco de polvo o tierra en los Marcos y el altavoz pero todo funciona bien.

No me molesta mucho ese punto, solo que si me doy cuenta que la bateria se agota ligeramente más rápido que mi celular anterior.

Cheque en el centro de Samsung Members y me marca la bateria en estado normal sin ningún problema, entonces no me preocupa mucho, tengo en cuenta que también es un cel de medio uso que ya tiene 3 años.
