I made the mistake of purchasing one of those copper skillets after a skillet I loved finished its life. Everything stuck to the skillet, especially eggs. I am pretty sure my review of that panreview collection.I decided to take a chance with this pan. You need to know I cook a lot and I cook a lot of different foods, with varying textures. I really wanted to find something that had multiple uses and this this has been perfect!The heating surface is consistent, food slides easily off of the cooking surface, and it cleans up so easily. This skillet is one of the best kitchen tools I have ever had. Frankly, I never put it away. it sits on my stove because I use it for almost everything.

I had used a set of these pans in an airbnb last year and really liked them, so i ordered one to replace a teflon type pan that had scratched. I love how they look- simple and modern. The pan was wonderful. Very non-stick and very easy to clean. Unfortunately, my husband made some pancakes and must have used very high heat and stained the pan. still worked well but was stained. I contacted the company and they asked to see photos of the pan, which i provided. Right away they sent me a replacement, no other questions asked. I guess one should use medium or low heat when using the pans and make sure you put a little oil or fat in first before cooking. i would buy this pan again for sure.
