In my opinion buying the insurance is a bunch of crap i had to turn my cell phone in because i accidentally dropped it now you think it would be easy to try and get it taken care of it took me 3 days of calling them to get my phone fixed they sent me a form to fill out and to sign it didnt work when i went to sign it the form that i filled out went all blank again so i had to start over again this kept happening then when i called them they said to send it by email when i did that i kept getting a.. Could not be delivered message back they even sent me a link that i was supposed to go to so i could start the return when i clicked on that link it said bad sight cannot connect if you dont mind going through H**l buy the insurance other wise i suggest you insure it my some other means i wont ever buy that insurance again they treat you nice untill you have to file a claim they dont deserve a 1 star but only had a choice of 1-5 if they only knew the stress i had to go through just to get my phone taken care of.
