I have been emailing this company back and forth for over a month to fix my phone, I filled out the form exactly, on the phone, online and written(scanned in and emailed over and mailed). Every time they say there is an error and can't do anything despite all the documentation and paperwork being there. I'm a transfer student in college so my phone is vital, this waste of warranty was bought on an account and registered with my old colleges email which I hadn't planed on transferring from at the time. Now its been over a year, I transferred schools and my old email is being deactivated, I have been on the phone for 4 hours, sent in new forms specifically to state to not us this email, I have emailed them, and nothing works. They refuse to contact me in any other form or to another email. So not only Is the general service and speed dreadful (I'm going on month two without my phone now) but the customer service is awful too with even the simplest of requests.Update; its been about almost a year of fight with these people, and I still don't have a replacement for my phone, no refund, and no answers at all. This service is only good if you like to waste money.

Purchasing one of these is always a toss up but I have always been able to use to repair or replace and I've never regretted it. Unfortunately items aren't built to last like they use to be so this cimea in very handy.

There are many forms and no one in customer service can give you a straight answer as to how you will be helped. You will be talked in circles endlessly and no one will actually help you. An absolute waste of money and time.

Good customer service and supported the warranty for a device problem which could not be solved. But be sure to take note you will have to pay deductibles anytime you need a repair or replacement based in value of item cost. As a consumer that this may be needed, where you pay more at the time you need service on the device covered.

I've got a full refund for two phones on this product. Easy to make claims and the people I have spoken to have been very helpful.

After fighting over a month to get my claim filed on a phone that screen was broken, they WOULD NOT even offer to fix my phone. They said they would give me back what it was worth, but they gave me back less than I paid for it and I couldn't refund my asurion, even though it was for two years, so I am out $200.

AWFUL.
