I’ve had cell phone insurance before but this was the hardes claim I’ve ever had. I did everything I was told to do but here we are on day 11 no gift card to replace my phone with and no help. I was told to take in the defective phone that was done then told I would receive a gift card to replace my phone within 72 hours but over 7 days from handing over my phone I still have no card and no replacement. I am disabled I can’t drive so since I have no phone I can’t Uber to appointments. And I’m not getting any help. I even Spent money for a prepaid SIM card because I needed to be able to use my phone. Every day is a new obstacle and a new 3 day clock starts over.
I had to file a Claim. I had been paying monthly for a Asuion Phone Plan. After 2 years of paying on the plan. I finally have a Claim. I have to Pay $129 then mail my phone in. Then that will maybe send me a gift card. I will have to be with out a phone for a week. I can't, I need it everyday for work. Now they got me to pay $129 on top of the Monthly and there is no way I can actually get my phone fix. So I have to buy a phone and spend more of my money.
Terrible , beTerrible,slowen waiting for claim for phone and without phone for weeks. first said my claim wasnt accurate, then sent all in and payed the extra and no updates within time frame they say. No response to messages . look at reviews -dont get it.
