They made the process as convoluted as possible to replace my broken phone. The detail of the interactions would be too much to type, but suffice to say I received conflicting instructions via chat, e-mail, phone, and in-person at two different locations. After trying for over a week, I had to buy my own replacement phone because I had to move on. Terrible, deceptive, and unorganized company. Although much more expensive, I previously had great experiences with my phone carrier's insurance.

6 months past the expiration date of the policy but Asurion continues to charge me. Finally got Amazon involved. waiting to see if that takes care of it.

If you are using for phones write down 1 or both IMEI numbers in a safe place accessible without the use of your phone;
important and absolutely necessary for claim to be even submitted. NO IF AND OR BUTS
there is an additional service fee + replacement fee if they cant fix it so get ready to shovel another 79$ for a 300$ PHONE.
if your phone isn't listed it will take another 7 days to process
Register and document your own receipt and product as soon as you purchase it. don't wait just get it done. it will save you hours. if you print the invoice to a PDF or word you can cut and paste 99% of what is needed

I hope this helps in making you purchase. this was so much more of a headache than SQUARETRADE.

This will take you to your membership and subscriptions page. There you can cancel subscription for Asurion Mobile Plan.
