I ordered the Galaxy S20+ renewed and it was delivered on time and the product is as described. After charging and booting the phone up, I started the setup process. I have MetroPCS and ordered the unlocked version. Once I got to the sim card part, the phone said it was an AT&T phone and needed an AT&T sim. This had me stressed and I thought the phone was not unlocked.
So I had to login to metro account and switch my phone for my line. The site also needed me to change my plan. After I got that sorted it, the phone still wasn't recognizing the Sim. Then I went into the phones setting and it game me the option to select metropcs under the VPN settings. After that, the phone recognized the Sim and all calls and texts have worked excellent. The phone is in excellent quality as well, no scratches that I see, charges fast, very responsive screen.
This is only day one for this review. I will update if this review changes. I hope this helps for those that may be having trouble with the Sim cards not working for unlocked phones.

RENEWED... not new , not like newThis one came in a Renewed box by Amazon. The previous 2 I purchased came in a plain white box.This one shows some wear on the top of the phone as seen in pic. 3.. not a problem as it will be in a protective case and not seen. It did come with a basic cheap charger as seen in pic. 4I did notice when I powered it on that it has a very slight ghosting of the home screen buttons in the main screen. I can live with this ad it's not that noticeable. Hopefully, it works well as the previous 2 had problems. Major ghosting and microphone issues. From another "Amazon Renewed" seller, that's why I went with this seller this time. All-in-all. A good deal

El celular llegó 3 días antes de lo esperado, llegó en una caja genérica, con cargador original y en perfectas condiciones, sin ralladuras estética de 10 podría decir, hasta ahorita llevo 4 días usándolo y todo bien, la red agarra bien (at&t), las fotos salen bien y la calidad al grabar es excelente, la batería llegó cómo nueva, con 12 de ram y en actualizaciones de software hasta el android 13 (tardó cómo 2 horas en actualizaciones)

Algún detalles que puede surgir por al comprar este celular:
1. Que el celular llegue sin liberación, a más de alguno si le ha llegado bloqueado. Yo lo cale con Movistar y Telcel (en versión normal y 5g), funcionaron sin problemas.
2. Que la bateria tenga mucho uso (y por ende el celular). Como ya comenté, ese fue mi caso, pero hay otros que les llegan de 300, 200 o 100 y algo ciclos. Supe de alguien que le llego de menos de 15 ciclos, prácticamente le llego un celular nuevo a esa persona.
3. Con daño físico. Hay a quien le llego con la tapa trasera levantada de una esquina, otros con golpes en las esquinas (al parecer ocasionada por una caída) y algunos con rayones en las pantallas. En mi caso son cosas ligeras, son algunos rayones en la entrada del cargador, cerca de las camaras y en algunas esquinas, todo eso es normal por el mismo uso que le dio el dueño anterior.
Como les puede ir bien, también les puede ir mal con el celular que les llegue. En la mayoría de los casos, los celulares entregados han cumplido con las expectativas.
