    I'm glad I was sitting beside my phone when it was on the charger because my phone started making weird noises, so I unplugged it and I thought my fingers were going to melt. The charger actually started melting a bit thank God I found this and didn't walk away... I hope it didn't fry my phone I guess I'll find out sooner or later..

    My brand new Galaxy Zflip 4 got stolen while on vacation. I did not purchase insurance and am still paying LOL. I had an LG at home that was the reason I upgraded to the Zflip and after 3 months; realized why I upgraded in the first place. Could not afford the cost of another Zflip so found this S20+ refurbished on Amazon for a reasonable price. It was in excellent condition, I don't have the issues I had with the LG. I love Samsumg phones! LG makes a GREAT TV but their mobile phones for me, leave a lot to be desired. Amazon backs their electronic purchases so it is a win/win no matter how you look at it.

    I purchased this phone about a month ago, and I'm mostly impressed with its design, features, and performance. The phone came unlocked, and it worked seamlessly with my existing SIM card, which was a plus. The design of the phone is sleek and slim, with a large screen that makes it easy to read and navigate. I got the blue version, and I think it looks really nice. There are a couple of downsides that I've noticed, first being that the phone's facial recognition feature is not very reliable, and I often have to use my fingerprint or passcode to unlock the phone instead.

    The camera on this phone is decent, but it's not as amazing as some of the hype would suggest. I found that it's challenging to get a perfectly clear picture when zoomed in 30x, but the camera does have some cool stability features that my last phone didn't have. The display on this phone is excellent, with clear and bright colors that make everything look great. Additionally, the storage space is ample, so I don't have to worry about running out of space for my apps, photos, and videos.

    Overall, I'm happy with my purchase. While the camera isn't as magnificent as I expected, it still takes decent photos, and the phone has some cool features that make it stand out.     I wanted to update my review for Wireless District. Although I had to return their item their customer service and desire to correct any issue was great. I had already bought a different phone so I didn't need to have it replaced but they stayed on top of it and even offered to issue me a gift certificate. I believe they are very good company and they will stand behind any of their products.

    This is not "factory unlocked", at least not the one I received from WCell. It's not EVEN UNLOCKED. I've now just received my third phone from them, and still it won't work with Verizon. Completely locked up for Sprint. Has bad software versions that won't even allow you to do a software update for the phone, even if you did have it on Sprint.

    The first phone I got from WCell was an S20+ "unlocked". Spent the entire day at Verizon trying to get it to work, but come to find out it was locked to Sprint. Amazon sent a replacement which arrived 2 days later, same issue. I returned those 2 and bought a "Factory Unlocked" version, should never have been locked to any carrier. Go figure, same problem. Locked to Sprint. So the "Factory Unlocked" title of this item is completely false advertising. I've now wasted over a week of my time with no phone hoping Amazon would make this right and live up to their "Renewed Promise" that you would receive a good condition working item through their sellers.

    Amazon has done nothing to make this right except give me the run around and offer to return these. This seller said they had a "small batch" of bad software phones, but I've now had 2 of them from one listing and then bought a third from a totally different listing. Seems like all their phones. They should pull these from the shelves and resolve the issue instead of selling people faulty phones! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!

    Item burned up as soon as I first charged the item. Did not work from the start, charged, then it cracked the back all the way from the charge cord to the mid back of phone and would not turn on after that happened. Was happy to hear that they would refund the item,
    Refunded--thank you for following through--I think this is an issue with this series of phone

    I am very pleased. My new (to me) S20+ 5g is perfect in every way. The performance is incredible and everything works like a charm! If I didn't know any better, I would not be able to tell that this is a used/renewed phone. It looks brand new, I had no issues with set up, and at about half the price of a new phone!
    In the future, I'll definitely avoid the ridiculously high prices of new phones by once again going the renewed by Amazon route and recommend that everyone do the same.
