    So I've had this phone probably about 3 weeks now. The display is good and bright (when inside) and audio when on a call is ok. I can't review this like an actual review talking about resolution etc. But I can give it as an actual regular user. Someone who bought this for business and personal use.

    Pros:
    1. Big screen, clear and good color.
    2. Only needs charging once a day maybe a day and a half if I stay off it more.
    3. Takes really clean pictures, something I'm learning to do. There maybe more pros but I can't remember them over the cons.
    4. The fingerprint scanner is very very accurate.

    Cons:
    1. WhatsApp voice notes do not play on speaker. When connected to he xiaomi ear buds 2 it doesn't play through that either unless I hold the phone to my ear which doesn't serve it's purpose.
    2. A few times it has gotten hot, whether it be on a long call a quick 10 minute game.
    3. When home I'm always connected to my wifi with 150 Mpbs and over 360Gbs data and still the messages lag. Sometimes it takes over 15 minutes for a message to go through. I had to call my carrier to send me WAP/WEB settings. Only then did it connect. A few days later, same issue again.
    4. I've combed through the entire settings from top to bottom and simply cannot find how to adjust the screen to read in the sunlight. I think I've found it but that's on me lol.
    5. Alot of fingerprints on the back of the phone and the case but that's not so much of an issue.
    6. The audio on calls is ok but the audio on videos etc fluctuates. Sometimes I can't hear anything really and check the volume only to see it's on its highest.

    Despite all these issues I enjoy this phone. Granted I ONLY bought this one because what I wanted increased suddenly. My choices were Note 9 or 10 Pro. Decided to be 'smart' with my money and save cash. That's my review as a regular degular person lol.

    Ive had this phone for over a year at this point and it has disappointed me over and over again. Each new update causes more and more problems.
    The camera is amazing both front and back but something is wrong with it as far as being able to work on the t-mobile network. I never reive my calls, my text come in late, my outgoing calls freeze and then drop. I thought it was my network but my mom has the same phone on another network and has many issues.

    Additionally, every software update causes a new issue, for example - the first xiaomi update cause my entire phone to rearrange file locations and people could not hear me unless I put myself on speaker......the second big update has caused for all call to have to be on speaker so the other person can hear me.....if i call someone and they have the same phone it just makes a nasty bleed the entire call.
    I am so dissapointed!!!!
