Front mower axle assy has now broken twice it on about 10 mins mowing. Would not give $5 for the whole damn mower & that goes for the run around amazon gives you.
Bought the coverage for a pool light I purchased. Pool light quit working a few months in. Reached out to seller with no luck. Called Asurion and within 5 minutes I had a shipping label to ship them the broken light in exchange for a refund of the cost of the original product. It took me a couple a couple of month to actually ship it because I was waiting for the pool water to not be freezing in order to remove it and even then, as soon as I shipped it I received my credit.
We are poor and have slumlords, so we’re responsible for mowing two acres of hills and rocks. When our mower literally busted at the seams, asurion QUICKLY enabled us to replace our lawn mower the SAME DAY! I am so, so thankful for this insurance.
The refund was issued almost immediately. I purchased the same product again and was disappointed I was not given the opportunity to purchase the insurance again in case I happen to have bad luck with the item again. It has good reviews so I am hopeful I just was unlucky with the first product. I definitely will purchase again.
