I bought an Assurion plan for an iPad a year ago. The iPad was accidentally dropped in a tub of soapy water. I consulted my policy, and it seemed to be covered, but needed to be sent, UPS, TO Assurion. They sent me a label, and I printed it out and took it to a UPS drop off on Tuesday.
