Very easy to file a claim, just sent them pictures of the front and back of galaxy tablet, serial number, and Amazon receipt. They sent shipping label and the tablet was fixed and returned in about a week! Very happy with this asurion plan!
Once I reported the mishap, they emailed me a pre-paid shipping label (for overnight!) to send my tablet for repair. I boxed it up and sent it out and got an email 2 days later saying they had received it. They sent it back to me 2 days later. All-in-all it was less than a week before I had my tablet back working perfectly! It was worth every penny I spent on the extended Asurion protection.
Samsung tab stopped working suddenly. Contacted asurion customer service and was given a overnight shipping label. Had the tablet back in under a week. Very quick and easy, highly recommend. Glad I bought the warranty.

I loved this warranty. My son dropped his iPad in the bath tub and was damaged due to the water. The claim was easy to file and was fixed in a few days . They send regular updates so you know what is being done with your device . The next situation was the screen was cracked . I sent the device in on. Wednesday and it was fixed and return Friday by noon. The claim was easy to process and the screen looked perfect again. I can not recommend this enough if you are allowing smaller children to use the device accidents do happen. I went to the repair store just to see what they would charge to fix the screen and it was over $150 dollars . The insurance was much less than that and it last for 4 years .
I loved how quickly they got back to me about my daughter tablet and fixed the issue fast. They gave me a gift card and I was able to get her a new iPad.
Our Ipad was replaced by asurion because of a severely cracked screen. We were given a refurbished for our new Ipad. Periodically it randomly shuts down. Besides that we are satisfied.
I have two separate tablets both with insurance and never had an issue filing a claim. They send the label fast, it’s 1 day air from where I live and my tablets usually fixed within a reasonable time. It’s been almost 4 years we’ve had the tablet and this time they couldn’t fix it and sent a gift card for the amount I paid for the tablet. I say it’s worth the extra money.
