This review would indicated a negative number of stars if possible. I purchased the protection plan with Samsung Galaxy Z fold 3 that Amazon had linked and recommended with the phone. The product is a phone and foldable tablet. When the phone image froze, or turned on with multicolored random pixels, or just black, Asurion said the protection plan was not right because it says tablet plan and to call Amazon because the plan they offered was not the right one, Amazon said to call Asurion that it was their resonsability they provided the plan Asurion advised. Asurion said to call Samsung too but the phone was not under warrenty as it was over a year old. Needless to say it has been months of back and forth. Asurion has had several emails asking for info they already have but I gave it anyway. I was also told the issue was escallated, resloved, call to finalize it. Today I called in thinking I can bring it to be repaired, but nope, I just need to fill out another form of info they have. If I had known both Amazon and Asurion were so unreliable, or purposefully untrustworthy, I would have purchased a new phone from the manufacturer or my cell phone company, or Walmart, or Best Buy. The protection plan comes with a repair option but I am not permitted to bring it to U Break it u fix it until who knows what I will be asked for in regards to information I have already provided.

Was to get the insurance on my new ipad Air and I've had the ipad for a week but the email to insure it still hasn't been sent so my ipad sits in a box until someone can hit send on a generic email that would insure my ipad. Very very very frustrating that there is no way to talk to a person at this company either, honestly worries me what kind of coverage I'll have if I can't receive the generic paperwork policy! Still waiting just want to warn others.
