My headphones broke and were not charging, I was given a gift card and was able to replace the headphones without any issue. Great easy process, file online ship with prepaid label and get the gift card.

My wife's Apple watch had a broken screen. I happened across an old email about the insurance we had bought for it. Glad I did! We sent it in and I think it only took one day to fix it. The shipping back and forth though took 4 or 5 days each way. I had had trouble getting the shipping label to print and I called them. They quickly answered the phone and walked me through printing the label.
About 2 weeks after it came back she went swimming and it quit working. I called again and with a small wait they responded and had me send it back.
After a few days with 3 emailed updates, they said they could not fix it and reimbursed us the full purchase price.
Very glad we had this insurance and very pleased with the service we received.
We bought another watch and of course bought the insurance for it as well.
Moral of the story. Don't forget about that insurance you bought.

I have never had occasion to use my warranty until my Bose earbuds would no longer connect to my device. I couldn't reset the Bose, either. Because this was a pricey item, I was smart enough to buy the 3 year warranty. I contacted Assurion and was led through the process quickly and easily. I sent the item back and with in 3 days of receiving the item, the issue was resolved. They could not fix it, so they refunded the full purchasing price to an Amazon gift card, and I was able to buy replacement earbuds with it.

my fitbit died 2 weeks past manufacturer's warrantee. But the additional insurance from Asurian kicked in. I received a gift card for the cost of the watch. Now my only decision --- should I buy another fitbit. They never last for long!

When I ordered my "smart watch" I added the three year extended warranty - insurance in case of failure. I think I paid about $15 and turns out to be the best investment I ever made. One month shy of three years the watch died. While I would have liked a replacement / repair - they refunded the entire purchase price. From first contact to refund was less than a week. Yep, I'll buy Asurion again.

I am grateful that insurance is provided for products that are purchased on Amazon. I always purchase insurance, hoping that I never have to deal with it and often times never have to utilize the insurance. But this time when my product began to falter, the insurance company was very quick to examine the product and check out to see if it can be repaired. And because it couldn’t, they they were quick to reimburse us so we could replace the item. I’m grateful to have utilized Asurion and will continue to purchase with the hope to never use it 🤞 Thank you!

Luckily, I got the Asurion plan for my Fitbit Versa 3 when I bought it in 2021. My watch malfunctioned and I sent it in 4 times. The first 3 times it was fixed and returned quickly. The 4th time it could not be fixed and they refunded what I had originally paid for the watch. Wow! Needless to say I did not buy another Fitbit.
