I have purchased five separate ASURION protection plans. When I finally decided to file a claim using one of my plans, I noticed the item listed was a much cheaper item, totally outside the description and price range specified in the plan I purchased. When I contacted customer service, I received an extremely delayed reply with zero resolution before the person I was speaking to left. Afterward, four of my five protection plans were deleted from my account. I tried again reaching out to customer service, received no reply, and within an hour I was locked out of my account entirely! ASURION IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM, THEY WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH NO SERVICE WHATSOEVER AND THEY DO NOT HAVE SO MUCH AS AN EMAIL ADDRESS FOR YOU TO CONTACT THEM THROUGH! YOU ARE RELIANT ON THEM NOT LOCKING YOU OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT LIKE THEY DID TO ME!
