Just return the product and they give you the full amount you bought the item for, less the insurance cost. As for their customer service, it was really incredible how fast and efficient it was. I had a problem and communicated via Amazon. It was almost instant on how fast their response came back! Not only that, they fully rectified and satisfied my issue. Julia, the representative who signed their communications, was just absolutely incredible. Thank you Asurion & especially Julia!!
