I really like this humidifier. It helps my husband 100% better at night. Cleaner Fresher Air. Now you know if you've read any of my other reviews....I'll tell you exactly how I feel & I'll also be REAL! If you have no time nor patience to keep this humidifier cleaned properly, follow exactly the directions in the booklet that comes with it than Do Not waste Your Time with this particular one. I enjoy it because I enjoy keeping my home clean fresh & I'm obsessed with what I breath in.So a little manual work(for clean) is involved. But very worth it.

This was the fastest most pleasant experience I have ever had with Asurion. Not so much on other accounts, but we're discussing this time. My sewing machine played out and thank goodness I purchased a protection plan for it. The process was simple. I was asked a few questions about what happened then sent an Amazon gift card as compensation for the machine. I actually received it in like 5 minutes after completing the questionnaire even though I was advised it would take longer. From this experience I would recommend purchasing a protection plan.

The heating element in our dryer has what I believe is a design issue. It burns out around 3 three years, I purchased the protection plan with this flaw in mind and sure enough it did it again. Asurion was good on their word and issued a payment to apply to my new heater.

I used my protection plan directly through Amazon/my orders on my phone. I clicked on the item and selected use my protection pkan.
After filling in the minimal information I immediately got a text and an e-mail. The e-mail didnt say a whole lot but attached was a paid return label to Genco. Apparently this is who bought out Assurion. The e-mail diesnt even say what it's for so hopefully this helps. And the link in the e-mail doesnt work either. (I still got my refund.)
I mailed the broken product to them. Within 2 days of its arrival I got an e-mail with an Amazon gift code for the purchase amount.
I'm so happy this works. As I purchased a plan for most of the things I bought on Amazon.
