I bought this Asurion protection plan for my treadmill, even though I never thought I would have to use it. My puppy chewed through the wires on the side of the treadmill, and then proceeded to chew up the remote! I was convinced that the protection plan wouldn't cover this, so I waited a few months and fumed about it. Today I decided that it wouldn't hurt to call and find out for sure if any part of this mess was covered. I was on the phone for a total of 9 minutes and 17 seconds including the time to take a survey at the end of the call. The damage is covered, and I received a text telling me there was a refund to my Amazon account while I was still on the phone. The service is amazing, and I will be buying another protection plan for my new treadmill.
