Asurion did exactly what they said they would do. We actually had 2 separate issues with our vacuum and they fixed it both times. The process was fast and easy. I recommend this warranty to everyone!

Our vacuum died at 2.75 years, we had purchased the 3 year Assurion plan. I made a claim and sent the vacuum for repair. They made good on the claim, we have a working vacuum now. I highly recommend adding insurance to the cost of your appliances/electronics.

There were a few hoops to jump through on my claim like doing some of the claim online and some had to be over the phone. There was also a few forms to fill out and lots of pictures needed. Some of this was very repetitive but in the end they warranted my claim.

My Eureka floor sweeper was recommended to me by my sister who also suffers from chronic neck and low back and the perfect floor sweeper! Unfortunately it quit working, about two weeks ago. I was so disappointed since I'd only had it for about two years... and had family coming today. From day 1, Asurion was so easy to work with and with the horrible customer service I've experienced over the past years, it was so nice to talk to 2 different reps that actually knew what they were talking about! Anyway, after confirming all of my warranty coverage, Asurion sent me a pre-paid label. A few days later, I received a text and email letting me know my sweeper had been received and it would be sent to repairs and could take up 10 days for and possible repairs and if they couldn't repair it, I would be refunded through Amazon. Well, I was informed yesterday that my sweeper couldn't be repaired, so I ordered a new one and it will be here today before my family gets here. Thank you, to Asurion for such great Customer Service Representatives!!! Lubelle
