I have been purchasing my screen protectors from amfilm for 10 years now, I believe. I have never once had an issue with the screens when it comes to the installation, I rarely ever have to worry about bubbles, and over the years and film has made it even easier to apply the glass to your phone screen by streamlining the process and cutting down on the number of steps that are required to put the Glass on. It fits perfectly well, it fills the screen and also makes sure to not go too far over the edges to accommodate a phone case. The glass is very durable, and I have had several instances where I had only one protecter on for the entire time that I used the phone, which is on average about 2 years. The screens are very clear, it's as if it is a actual part of the phone that comes with it in the box, it is also very scratch resistant so long as you do not drop the phone against a curb, as I unfortunately found out with my last phone. That is, of course no fault of the quality of the product, but a fault of my clumsy hand. For the price, you really cannot go wrong with amfilm.

Clean installation, had to push a few bubbles out by hand,but it adhered around the edges without an issue, and made a couple of surface scratches on my devices screen completely disappear. No issues using with a case,the protector covers the entire lit portion of the screen,while leaving enough room on the edges for a case to fit comfortably. I did misalign the camera protector,and when trying to pull it back up to readjust it I snapped the thing in two pieces. That is user error,however, not a fault of the product. No issues with fingerprint, didn't have to rescan it. Overall I'm satisfied.

Best tempered glass protector I've ever used

I've been putting tempered screen protectors on my phones for years, and never actually needed them. So when I got my new Pixel 8 Pro, I did the same thing I always do: go on Amazon, pick a random tempered glass protector, expect it to be miserable to install.

First, this protector is super easy to install. It comes with a guide so you don't need to worry about alignment, and air bubbles are easily pushed out to the sides. It sticks well enough that I don't think it will slide or come loose, but it's loose enough that I can easily peel the protector off, which I know because -

Second, this protector does a great job. I dropped my phone face-down onto rocks in a gravel drive this weekend. Picked up phone, and sure enough there's a big impact point and spiderwebs. Fearing the worst, I slide my nail under the protector and peel up. Little pieces of glass go flying, but the film holds and after the protector is removed: perfect screen, no scratches, dents, or chips at all.

I'll definitely be getting amFilm tempered screen protectors from now on!

Worth the price. Shoddy accessories. Good for cases but not by itself

It's a tempered glass screen protector that seems fine. I failed all three attempts to get it on right for various reasons. The main problem is aligning this just right. It is smaller than the screen so it fits well with thick cases, but that also means it is difficult to align properly. If you're off by a little bit, it shows. The longer it takes to handle, the more likely it becomes that dust finds its way under onto the screen, making it impossible to get a clean bonding.

But that's fine, it doesn't come with an aligner and it's less than $10 so if you mess it up then no big deal. If you're not a perfectionist then this is a perfectly good screen protector.

However I do have a huge gripe that is unacceptable. The included "dry"cloth is awful. DO NOT USE IT as it will leave behind little threads on the screen that you will have to pick off again with the dust removal sticker. Instead, use the included wet wipe and then your own microfiber cloth to dry the screen. Also the included cardboard to help remove bubbles is way too flimsy to be useful, just use a credit card.

I didn't see any rainbows or other issues with the protector itself. It is a nice standard bit of tempered glass that is just as good as any other. The real reason to buy this is its price. You get three pieces that are just as good as any other on the market. I ordered another set just because I can afford to screw this up at least 9 times before it costs the same as buying one with a built in aligner (which is no guarantee of success!)

I'm not taking stars off for installation issues, that's on me. I am taking stars off because the accessories are not good.

If you don't have a case, this is not a good protector as it's edges are unpleasantly sharp. If you do have a case (spigen tough armor here) then make sure you align it right or you're going to be annoyed by the look and the fact that it'll rub your finger raw on the edges.

Great Priced Protector from a Good Brand

I was trying to figure out what screen protector was good for the Pixel 8 Pro. Many of the screen protectors were reviewed negatively, and many were returned due to high disatisfaction. I knew AmFilm was a good brand when I purchased it for my past phones and Switch. I decided to go with AmFilm due to previous experience.

The installation was very easy. I used the plastic frame guide to install the screen protector, and it looks great! The screen protector is super clear. It works well with the fingerprint scanner. The screen is responsive to touch. I appreciate that the edges are rounded for ease of touch. I highly recommend this screen protector to start with. You get 3 screen protector plus a camera protector! It's worth it!

The downside? Sometimes, the phone won't register my touch, but it's very rare for it to happen. It's a non-issue. Enjoy!

Screen protectors at mall kiosks are $20 a piece these days...total rip off! This listing came with 3 separate screen protectors for way less money so I have back ups I can use if anything happens with this one.
I've had it on my Google Pixel 3 XL for a couple weeks now and haven't had any issues. It was fairly easy to install and came with the cleaning pads and cloth (a set for each protector!). There were a couple air bubbles when I did the install but they all went away within 48 hours. This protector is thicker than the cheap ones, it's got a glass-like finish so it feels extra protective and much smoother finish when texting or playing games.

I would highly recommend this purchase!
