This is my first natural gas grill. I didn't realize how old and bad my previous grill was until I used this one. Holy cow it heats up fast! Great temperature recovery after opening the lid as well as superfast (to me anyway) initial heating up. I'd say in less than 10 minutes it's up to 500 degrees. I had it assembled by Amazon so I can't comment on the ease of assembly but the gentlemen did a great job putting it together, carrying it up onto my deck and removing the old grill. The cooking space is a nice size for many burgers or steaks. I am liking the extra sear area very much. I like to cook steaks in a sous vide then sear on the grill. In general this process doesn't allow for that amazing steakhouse sear but the extra hot side works better than standard grills. I highly recommend this grill!

Heavy on delivery, be prepared. Meaning, it’s heavy when put together, it took me about an hour to assemble and we are extremely happy. This grill is high quality right down to the heavy duty wheels. We’ve cooked on it twice and the even heat and temperature is amazing. Expensive and worth every penny. Buy this one for more, or buy three for less, in the end you’ll be very happy with this grill. No, I don’t work for Weber and I’ve always been to cheap to buy this grill, after using their charcoal grills, I decided to bite the bullet, glad we did.

This grill is great. Super well built with good materials. Gets hot fast, and uniform heat across the entire surface. It took me approx 2 hours to put together, and the instructions were super clear. I felt like I was building a lego kit.

That being said, I have two caveats that keep me from giving it a 5 star review.

1. There is no gauge to show how much propane is left in the tank. All of the online reviews show this as being a big selling point for Weber grills. Looks like they decided to save money and not include this feature in the Genesis E-325. If you're looking forward to having this option, you will be disappointed.

2. The knobs are flimsy plastic- this is going to be the first failure point. Everything else on this grill is a nice solid metal, but these are cheap and out of place.

I just replaced an old Weber Genesis I had for 23 years with this one. The new updates are wonderful. The materials used seem high quality and it has ample features. I had Amazon do the assembly and haul away of my old grill. The guys who did it were very friendly and efficient and were competent at putting the new grill together quickly. My only complaint is they left me the assembly guide but did not leave the user manual. I didn’t realize it until after they left. So I tried contacting Amazon hoping they could get it out of the box for me before throwing it away. So far, I have not been able to speak to an actual live person. The virtual bot said they could get it for me but ended our chat without my details. I doubt I will be getting my users manual. Much improvement is needed with Amazon customer service anfter the sale! Another disappointment was a when I discovered this grill is not made in the USA as all Weber’s used to be. Shane on you, Weber And shame on me for not checking before I purchased it.
