Bought this as a Christmas present for myself and it worked FANTASTICALLY the first time I used it. Entering my apps, etc. I then turned it off to enjoy time with my family, and I turned it back on later that afternoon and I got this screen in the picture. Looks like I either have to unplug it, wait a few mins, plug it back in, and the picture returns to normal.
HIGHLY frustrating as 1. Who has the time?! 2. WHO HAS THE TIME?!. Reached out to the seller to hopefully get some help. If not I will return it
Edit 2: including the issue above, now it lags sometimes. Tested my wifi to make sure it wasn’t that and it seems to be fine but Hulu, HBOMax, Disney+ and YouTube have a lag. Reached out to the seller again…. So let’s see
