This is a small and portable handheld carpet spot cleaner. It quickly and was a little bit smaller than I was anticipating but was easy to assemble. It takes just a few minutes to get it together and then a few minutes to read the operation sheet. I tried to wing it at first and would not recommend that. Once I was able to get an idea of how to use it we went around the house and find spots to clean. It worked well. I used my regular carpet cleaner and the spot treatment instructions and it cleaned all but the toughest spots with just one application. I did have to come back a second time on spaghetti sauce and one spot of oil or grease didn't come all the way out but for everyday stains it works great. I gave this 4 Stars. My only complaint is that it is pretty small and you have to keep filling and dumping with most spots. But don't let that fool you this is a small but mighty machine. Go ahead and give it a try!

I glad that I bought it. You can opt for heated water and the amount of water that comes out the nozzle is just right as well as the suction for the little spots that I will be using it on. I have used to twice and had it a couple weeks. I like the crevise tip is great for getting into tight, slender places. I'm very happy with my purchase so far.

I totally dislike this machine for the dishonest facts about it. It's the torso opposite of everything the brand has mentioned. I does not get hot in 15sec, or does not get hot at all! The suction power is 0- none and it does not clean anything. This machine will leave you changing dirty water, and in my case a wet ass bed mattress that I can not sleep on and that I've probably damaged. I want my money back!!! False advertising!!!

After reading many reviews, I decided to purchase this carpet cleaner because I liked many of it's features, including the hot water option. Unfortunately, I found that switching out the attachments was nearly impossible. I had to use a pen to depress the release point while my daughter pulled on the attachment. In the process, I accidentally hit the water spraying button and got sprayed in the face. Needing two people and a pen to remove the attachments just isn't user-friendly or practical.
