Perfect for Townhouse Basement
This dehumidifier replaced a larger one that died of old age! We liked almost everything, I agree with a prior comment that removing the tank to empty it, is a major hassle. The slots on the side are too small to get your fingers in and so emptying a full tank is very difficult and we spilled water more than once. We ended up using the drain hose and putting it into the sump pump drain and putting a cover over the drain. Which is an bummer because we liked using the water for plants. Otherwise….it’s just what we needed. It runs quietly, is easy to move, and the price was well worth it. We would definitely recommend this dehumidifier.

I purchased this dehumidifier to help solve a problem in our well insulated house. The A/C system does not run enough to remove enough humidity. This makes our house uncomfortable in the summertime. I already had a small dehumidifier in the utility room to help bring down the humidity. However, this did little to keep down the humidity in our master bedroom where the shower, etc. keeps the master bedroom humid.
I purchased this unit to solve that problem. It is working very well to bring the humidity from 59% down to 50% which is more comfortable for sleeping. The unit is quiet and attractive. It takes up very little space but does the job well.
I was a little concerned because of the air flow which goes in the front and out the left side. However, I found a place near the bathroom that actually blows the dry air toward the bathroom. This is a perfect fit for me.
I am fortunate to have a spacious crawl space so when I have the time, I will install a pathway for the continuous drain immediately behind the unit. Then I will never have to empty the build-in water bucket again.
One more bonus for me is that they gave me a three-year warranty when I registered the unit with them online

I didn't expect this to extract so much water from the air so quickly. It does a great job. I was hoping I could get my humidity levels below 50% in my 900 sq ft apartment and that's not happening but it does reduce the humidity by a good 5-7% in conjunction with my a/c running. The air is definitely more comfortable and when I'm around 55% humidity, the container is full in about 8 hours. On high it does make a bit of noise but it isn't overly-excessive or annoying for me. Was packaged very well and the came with nice manual and other brochures. The dehumidifier appears to be very well built and has a solid feel and weight to it. The wheels on it make it easy to move from place to place. The company seems very customer-service oriented so I am overall very happy with the product.

I received my dehumidifier quickly and was able to track it's delivery with ease. I set it in place after reading the instructions and was immediately impressed with how quiet the unit is. It is a nice size and fits into the room without looking bulky. I left it on overnight and when I checked on it the next day it was operating without any problems. I noticed a difference in the air right away. I love that the company gave a 3 year extended warranty and replied back to me in an e- mail that there is also lifetime customer service.
I would definitely buy from this company again.

Small, but extract humidity from the air effectively.
The only annoying thing is that it needs a voltage transformer, as it works on 110 volts only , not like many others which work in all countries (110V-to240V). It is good that they left a paper warning that it works on the 110 V only.
