I'm not much of a cell phone user. Kind of a situation where "I'm an hour late, so maybe I should call someone", so the X13 is more than enough for me. I like the rugged phone with 'under water' capability (it's not a sealed dive camera, but if I drop it in a puddle when hiking it should survive). The IR Night Vision capability is neat (it's not a true IR camera that can see the long wave heat image), but it can see about 20 feet in total dark due to its IR illumination source.
This is the second Ulephone I have purchased. The first one developed a problem about a year after the warranty ran out. I didn't really expect a reply, but I contacted Ulephone about the issue. Within a few days I had a reply offering to give me a discount on a new phone, so I got the X13. Excellent customer service.
Don't really know about Battery Life since I have not used it continuously without charging, but 6320mAH should be excellent for my use.

Reasonably priced and great for teenagers
This is great for a first phone for my kids. I gave this to my daughter for when she goes to school or to her programs. I wanted something inexpensive that also has internet and looks like the phones that are high tech. This was a great solution and the price was right. The speed and storage are good for her and it has a built-in case on it. Everything is great and it worked perfectly and it's also unlocked. The camera also wasn't bad and I was surprised at the quality. It also had a glass screen protector already installed on the phone. I just needed to charge and use it. It's light and easy to carry. It is a bit bulky but that helps her as she can see the letters perfectly. This is also a great phone for the elderly.
