Phone was easy to set up but you have to be an experience android user...Camera doesn't seem to be that great quality, screen resolution not that great- but didn't have high expectations for that price.After setting up the phone I plugged the charger that came with the phone to get it charged, an hour latter the charge percentage status didn't show much change, when I tried unplugging the wall plug and it was very hot to the touch, I would say if left much longer could cause some fire or shortage.The phone did charge when I use other chargers I have, customer service will return mail eventually after few days.Overall it's a good working phone for the price, but don't expect much support or warranty, therefore I might just return it to Amazon.

The phone did charge when I use other chargers I have, customer service will return mail eventually after few days.
Overall it's a good working phone for the price, but don't expect much support or warranty, therefore I might just return it to Amazon.

The cellphone is very fast for 4G and very easy to set up. However, the software behaves very erratically. Also, the battery life is mediocre for a modern cellphone. I bought this phone for a Benefits line but it will be better to upgrade to a 5G phone with a major cellphone Carrier for optimum and smoother performance.
