The product itself is just fine. But just be aware when you put these into your palm to pop in your mouth, there is so much yellow residue. I haven't had this problem with other turmeric capsules. It's getting all over cups and mugs when I take the pills.

I can’t comment on pain relief or absorbency because I’ve not been taking them long enough. I can say that one or more capsule came apart and it stained my bathrobe and every time I get into them my hands are stained yellow. My lips too if I’m not careful. There’s no way to clean them so I guess I’m just stuck with them.
