This case is insanely soft and smooth feeling— I love holding it and running my fingers along it. The baby pink is also the perfect colour and is accurate to the product photos. It is slim, sleek, and fits the phone well. It is not a super durable or heavy duty phone case, however, though that seems obvious and I don’t believe anyone would expect that type of protection from a case like this, but I have dropped my phone a handful of times since putting this case on, and with a glass screen protector (which this comes with!), my phone didn’t seem to suffer any damage, including to the screen / screen protector. The fingerprint reader works easily, even though I had initially been worried it wouldn’t, as the area surrounding it is pretty raised— but so far, as long as I am deliberate with pressing firmly on the reader, it works without issue.

Overall, it’s exactly what I expected and was looking for! I’m very happy. You also can’t beat the price, especially given the nice quality as well as that it comes with 2 glass screen protectors.

This is my 3rd or 4th soft + light pink case for my Galaxy A12 and is my favourite so far of all the different ones I’ve gotten on Amazon so far. I definitely will re-order this exact one next time I need a replacement!

I ordered this based on the written description. It indicated that an extra layer of protection was included in the form of a soft underlayment that went between the phone and case. It also indicated that a glass protective cover for the camera lens. Neither was included. It in reviewing the order, it appeared that when the black case rather than one of the colors, the website switched over tp a different less protective case. I will likely replace this case with one that will be more protective. I don't think the phone will survive a drop on a had surface with this case.
