They've continued to use the same design and it works. Thin with great corner protection, the screen and camera edge is raised so you can slide it around without worry of scratching the screen. I would like to see an update to it that adds magsafe compatibility. I added one, but the kick stand is slightly in the way, so it's not positioned properly. I only use it for mounting in my car so it's not a big deal, but it does slightly interfere with the NFC reader though.

These are the best minimalist cases you can get. No screen protector, no pop sockets, no whatever. Case is durable, fits perfectly, looks great, and has a kickstand. Not too slick, not too grippy, just right. This is the third phone I've had one for and I will never buy another. I made a mistake and ordered a different one for this phone. Lasted less than 12 hours before I ordered this one. They are great.

I have always used Spigen cases. And it never failed me. Although I already have Spigen's Liquid Air case for my Pixel 8 Pro, but I wanted to have maximum protection, and this Tough Armor will meet that need. The case is really tough and made well (Made In Korea). It is slightly bulkier and heavier than Liquid Air, but it will protect much better. (FYI, Liquid Air is no slouch - it does provide a good protection - it has sufficient lips to protect the phone all around and has certified military grade drop protection, but thin and light). This case fits like a glove, and unassuming kick-stand option is a great accessory. Recommended!

I'm not normally a reviewer but wanted to get feedback to the manufacturer here; have one decently big con. I've used Spigen cases for years on multiple phones and love them; this is the first time I've used this series specifically though.

The con is the volume buttons. There is no way to tell which button you are on quickly; you have to feel the side a lot to figure it out. Maybe if the seam in between was deeper it would feel better? I've not had an issue with their other cases in reaching for the volume and knowing exactly which one I'm on. Note that the phone is very new to me (received today), but I've never had a phone where I've turned the volume up on accident multiple times in a day.

On the pros, there's a lot. Fit is great. It's bulky, but it's matching a bulky phone. All injection molding seams are well blended and it feels good with no spots that will cause irritation in extended use. The camera bump is well protected and the kickstand is slim but works just fine.

Overall a good case, just wish that the volume was a little easier to figure out accurately and quickly.

Honestly, think about how much your phone cost and then consider whether a one-time $20-30 is worth protecting that. I feel like I re-learn this lesson every new phone and I'm glad I remembered this before karma or whatever taught it to me.

If you like the style of this case from the pictures and are looking for good protection, this case is a win.

Design und Passform
Zunächst einmal gefällt mir das schlichte und elegante Design der Hülle sehr gut. Sie passt perfekt auf mein Google Pixel 8 Pro und alle Aussparungen für Tasten, Anschlüsse und die Kamera sind präzise ausgeschnitten. Dadurch wird die Funktionalität meines Smartphones in keiner Weise eingeschränkt. Die Hülle liegt angenehm in der Hand und bietet einen guten Grip, was das Risiko eines versehentlichen Herunterfallens verringert.

Schutz und Robustheit
Ein großer Pluspunkt dieser Hülle ist der Schutz, den sie bietet. Ich habe mein Handy leider schon mehrmals versehentlich fallen lassen, aber dank dieser Hülle gab es bisher keinerlei Beschädigungen.
