This case is awesome. I really like the look and feel of it. You can put your greasy littler fingers all over it and you won't see any fingerprints (unless there actually is grease on your fingers). The rubber is a soft touch, matte finish. Almost like they bead blasted the rubber mold to perfect uniformity. I thought the fake carbon might look a littler weird but I think it gives it a nice standout feature. The case isn't hard to hold and it has never slipped out of my hand.
On my rubber case for my S4 I ended up cutting out the rubber covering the buttons because they were too difficult to find and push easily. I haven't had any issues with the rubber buttons on this one. The reliefs seem to be big enough to allow for a nice squishy button. It's pretty much a copy of the S6 version but made to fit the S7.

All of the ports line up perfectly. The headphone jack port might be slightly too small if you use any connectors with bigger wire covers (most won't have this problem, but some of my stereo connectors have larger jack covers).
Even though the camera on the S7 is almost flush it looks like they kept the same raised lip like they had on the S6 version of this case.
The edges are chamfered which sort of matches the design of the S6. It looks better than having rounded edges in my opinion.
Wireless charging and NFC works with this case. I have a Qi charging pad and it picks it up the moment I put the phone on it.

Overall I really like this case. The fit and finish are top notch and I have no doubt my phone would be protected if I were to ever drop it. The price is hard to beat, for $13 it's hard to find any flaws with this case.

Superb, Stylish, and Thoughtfully Designed Case!

This case has been simply awesome the moment I put it on my phone. This is actually my first phone case, with my last Galaxy S3 I took good care of it so I never needed a cover. On the phone, the fit is perfect and snug, but still easy to get on and off the phone. The case material feel similar to rubber but still allows a good amount of sliding into my pocket. The case is also fits very securely around the phone and I have no fears my phone will come out. I was also afraid the case might feel too "rubbery" to efficiently slide into and out of my pocket, but I was extremely pleased that it was still pretty easy to slide it into my pocket. The raised lips look very stylish around the screen and also the camera on the back. One reason I wanted a case was to prevent my palm from inadvertently touching the edge of the phone screen (a problem that wasn't present on my previous S3). The raised lip perfectly prevents this problem. Furthermore the edges of the case make it very easy to pick up when my phone is on my desk. Initially, my biggest worry was that the case's buttons would not feel as tactile or raised, than without the case. I was very pleased with the design of the case's buttons, they're very easy to find by feel and just as tactile without the case. Aesthetically, the back of the case looks very stylish, with a carbon fiber appearance and texture (the case is still just as bendable around those parts). I must admit when I ordered it I didn't really care for it, but in real life it looks really nice on the back. The case also isn't super thick, so it doesn't add very much in size to the phone, maybe increasing the overall size of the phone by ~5%. Finally I can tell the port holes were also thought out, with enough clearance for the Samsung charger I got with the phone. The only small con (and I emphasize small) is that the area around the audio port is still slightly too small for some audio jacks. There is a solid flap on the lower half that prevents full insertion of an audio jack, but that is highly dependent on the shape of your jack. For example my headphone jacks are fine, but the wire I use in my car is a little larger than the cutout in the case. Overall though, this is a very, very minor issue.

I can honestly say I actually enjoy using my phone more now with this case, as weird as it sounds. In my opinion this is definitely worth the $13 I spent on this case. Highly, highly recommended!

Nice case, but messes up your screen protector

I read a lot of reviews on this and other cases before purchasing, and the common theme for this case was that it fits too tight around the screen which will lead to your screen protector coming off around the edges. This does happen, but if you've done a decent job at getting the protector on, and you're careful when you put the case on, you can definitely minimize it. I've had the phone for over a year and still have the original screen protector on it that I put on when I got it. It does come up in the corners a bit, but I just use my fingernail and press it back down.

Another theme in reviews was that the holes in the bottom of the case for your headphone jack, charger port, and speaker had sharp edges that will irritate and/or cut your fingers depending on how you hold your phone. I didn't have that problem, but the case is made of soft enough material that it would be very easy to use an Exacto knife to trim the sharp bits if needed.

The case is stylish and as ergonomic as it can be for a slim-fit. It features carbon fiber pattern inserts (not actual carbon fiber) that have no practical purpose but are aesthetically nice.

I've dropped my phone a few times in the past year and the case has absorbed enough shock that the phone itself wasn't damaged at all. Even a year's worth of wear and tear (I live on a farm and am a carpenter/metal worker) hasn't damaged the case in any visible way. There aren't even any scuff marks on it. Granted, I try to take good care of my phone, but accidents happen and nothing I've done so far has damaged it in any way. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the fact that it does detach the corners of the screen protector, and there's no way around that. I planned to purchase glass protectors and try them, but I bought a 5-pack of plastic ones and as I said I'm still on the first one.

Developed cracks/tears in edging due to pulling the case off and on phone in the last year. Even with the tears, it still protects the phone on drops but it's not as tight fitting. Because of the looser fit I have finally replaced the case with another Spigen case (hard shell this time). My Spigen screen protector lasted until 2023 (fine thin crack happened).

I'm a fan of Spigen products. Long lasting for good price.

Mi tercera funda de esta marca y realmente puedo decir que ni un rasguño en todos los celulares que los han protegido. Resiste caídas y no se me ha roto la pantalla. Nunca he usado cubierta protectora de pantalla, solo la funda y listo. Además Sus materiales son altamente durables y mantienen su textura y calidad de color y sin rayaduras. Muy recomendable

I bought this Spigen case for my son's new S7 as I already have a Spigen on my own S7 Edge. The Spigen cases are made of rigid(ish) but pliable plastic. The case hugs the phone tightly and because the edges are soft and rubbery they make holding the phone and easy and more importantly gives some grip. There is also a "lip" on the top of the case which protrudes by a MM or two and this ensures your phone screen is protected to some degree if you put in down on it's front or - dropped it

Great quality, great value and great protection. Highly recommended.

Only one issue. I have to take off the case when wirelessly charging the phone with my wireless desktop charger.

J'ai testé environ une dizaine de coque pour le Galaxy S7 et voici mon retour d'expérience.

C'est celle qui offre le meilleur compromis entre solidité et prise en main du téléphone. Il y a également la coque Spigen [Liquid Crystal] qui offre une qualité et une prise en main similaire. J'ai donc choisi de garder les 2 coques.

Concernant ce produit, voici mes impressions :
✅ La matière est agréable au touché, elle est assez mat et adhère bien dans la main,
✅ Les boutons sont réactifs (pas trop dur),
✅ La protection des bords du téléphone est bien assuré,
✅ Compatible avec les films de protection,

Cette coque apporte une meilleure protection que les coques officielles Samsung qui propose qui protège très mal les angles et une protection sommaire des boutons latéraux.

💰 Coté tarif, il est très correct. C'est clairement une vrai satisfaction de ce côté. 💰
Cependant, même si le tarif avait été plus élevé, j'aurai choisi cette coque la compte tenu de ses points forts.

Je suis donc très satisfait de ce produit. C'est parfait.

Pour compléter la protection de votre téléphone, il faudra ajouter un film plastique sur l'écran mais pas de protection verre trempé car ils ne sont pas compatibles avec le S7 compte tenu de ses bords légèrement arrondi. C'est à mon sens le défaut majeur du S7.
