Nothing else gets you a top level name brand along with legitimate stereo sound that is worth paying at least $100 for. Under $70 is an automatic choice since it’s such good quality. Waterproof, take it anywhere in the shower. It dries off quickly and surprisingly the sound quality hardly changed when wet. Most mediocre thing is battery life. Lasts about 6 hours at 70% volume with bass boost on (normal operation) bass boost off just means it disables the use of the woofers built into the sides to save power and is useful for podcasts when bass isn’t a priority. Then the battery life can shoot up to 12+ hours but I’ve never tried it although the battery life is greatly extended when turning off bass boost

Keeping in mind the price range, this speaker is a gem. Initially, without the app and with Sony’s bass boost, the sound is unbearably over bass biased. But with the app you can use the equalizer and get the bad to where it hits the low notes just right (for a small speaker) and still get crisp highs and decent mid range. If you want audiophile, spend a few more hundred bucks. But dollar for dollar I am happy with this purchase

For a speaker the size of a Pringles can it works very well. I don't have great ear, but I am completely happy with the sound quality and the amount of bass this produces. It's a bit directional on all but bass, but the spread is a good 180° before the volume drops off a good amount. I also like that it has a microphone, most competitors don't have this feature. It works well for a conference room speaker or even as a hands free phone. Pairs easily with an android phone (pixel 6 pro) or PCs. Battery life is pretty good (6 -7ish hours or so medium volume). Charging is via USB-C which is decently quick. Bluetooth range seems pretty good too, 30 - 35 feet.

Lo primero es recordar que cuando uno compra una cosa, compra lo que es y no lo que quisiera que fuera. Este altavoz es casi perfecto si sabes lo que compras. Saber que solo tiene conexión por bluetooth (ni jacks 3,5 ni nada de nada) que no puedes controlar casi nada ni con la aplicación de SONY y poco más. Por el lado positivo tienes un altavoz resistente, agradable al tacto y fácil de llevar (por su tamaño y por el cordel) y que tiene un sonido que para este tamaño está pero que muy bien. A la hora de comprar hay que mirar mucho ya que el precio varía casi el doble según el color, lo que no acabo de entender. Yo compré el negro que era el más barato y encima es discreto. Suena estupendamente, al menos para lo que yo lo quería.

Der Lautsprecher kam gut verpackt und von Amazon , wie gewohnt, pünktlich zugestellt bei mir an. Nach dem auspacken fiel sofort die hochwertige Verarbeitung des Gerätes auf. Da das Gerät schon vorgeladen war, konnte ich es sofort mit meinem Handy verbinden. Das funktionierte völlig problemlos. Mit Hilfe der Sony APP kann man Klangeinstellungen vornehmen. Dabei hat man sich auf einen Dreiband Equalizer beschränkt, was das ganze auf das wesentliche konzentriert und vereinfacht. Den Klang würde ich als warm und knackig bezeichnen. Man kann stundenlang hören und genießen. Erstaunlich wie tief dieser kompakte Lautsprecher, bei moderatem Pegel, in den Basskeller reicht. Wie jedem Lautsprecher, sollte man auch diesem eine gewisse Einspielzeit gönnen. Es lohnt sich.
Ich habe den Kauf dieses Gerätes keine Minute bereut. Ich kann den Lautsprecher uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen 👍
