    The phone arrived quickly and was fairly easy to set up. Although a bit bulky, even for my large hands, the fold opened is fantastic for watching movies on the plane. So far I'm really enjoying the phone.

    I absolutely love this phone I bought the excellent condition one it was 600$ and all I have to say is it's perfect no flaws and works amazing I use mint mobile and they sync really well together I now use this phone for work more than anything, I read another of reviews on them being pixel messed up or chipped or small cracks and I have also order the same phone at a cheaper option and yes if you buy the good condition one for like 3 to 400 it does have a few issues but if you buy the excellent or premium no issues at all

    Almost 1 month, I bought and kept using this phone every is working good.
    1. The phone looked 100% new when I received it.
    2. The battery is working after I charged, I can use it in 1 and half days.
    I just have a little bit of an issue with the system because the phone has been locked by admin. So, I contacted to Amazon service and seller service, they are really friendly and nice help to resolve issue. If they cannot fix it, they will ask to return it and refund.
    Finally, everything is working good and nice service.

    I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 from (EXPORTTEK INC/ReNew Pros) located at 410 FREEPORT PKWY, SUITE 100, COPPELL, TX 75019, US. I paid $612.47. I wish I would've been able to inspect this product before purchasing. You never know what you are going to get online. I received the phone in a timely manner and the appearance of the phone was excellent condition. I charged the phone fully and began to set the phone up. It did not come with a pen and within minutes the battery started dropping. After an hour the phone needed to be charged again. The phone couldn't even hold a charge! I reset the phone, repackaged it in its original packaging, and shipped the phone back immediately. This company has received the phone already, and told me once they have inspected it that they will issue a refund. This has not been the case. I have not received a refund and they have not responded to my latest inquiry. Not only did they send me a defective phone but they are trying to keep my money as well. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, reporting this to Amazon, and making a statement on social media concerning their business practices. I do not recommend purchasing anything from this seller! I pray they can act like professionals and return the money that I have spent, but so far there is no hope.

    I purchased the good condition version of this phone. Was a pretty great price. Phone does have a alot of scratches and dings on it though. Nothing a case wont hide, hinge spine is perfect. Phone came with a screen protector on the front but not on the inside display. Either was removed due to bubbling or maybe mine had a inner screen replacement. Only issue I really have is the phone wont open flat, common issue with these phones though. Buying renewed is a gamble on foldables but I will use it for awhile to see if it works its way out.
