I have this phone for about a month now, switched out a old LG G8 ThinQ with Verizon since LG quit making phone so no updates. Went to Verizon paid $25 had them switch my SIM card from my old phone transfer over my information everything is working fine, the battery lasts about a day depending on usage, phone looks in very good condition for being refurbished
In general I really like the phone fingerprint reader face recognition everything about it, I'll see how it goes as time goes on.

The phone works great but the charging cable provided...
The phone is fine, works just like my last one. The charging cable they sent with it tried to start on fire today though, luckily I was there when it happened and saved the phone and my home quickly.
