    It is what it is, refurbished.There are other scratches on the metal and the screen if you look closely, it's worse under a light.This device still works but definitely not worth the almost $500.I've purchased other refurbished phones before from Amazon but this is by far the most banged up one Lol. Some people have never heard of a phone case before.I'm still keeping it because I really hate returning items and it works.

I think the only difference is that you don't get the original box that came with it, other than that it looks really good and clean. I would buy other products from them again.
