This is a great tablet! Setup was super easy, I had it going in short order. I've been using it a lot with no issues. Battery life is great, lasts a few hours with constant use. I don't know how long the battery would last in standby mode because I haven't left it unused for more than a few hours.

The screen is nice and bright for reading. I've watched a number of videos, they look fine both visually, and audio. I don't know the frame rate and the other technical specs off the top of my head, but I am well pleased with the display and the audio performance.

I have run some apps from the App Store and it runs fine for those. I'm not a big app person, I primarily use it for email, web browsing, and to stream video and music and I've been very happy with it, and have had no issues. I've paired it with a small Bluetooth speaker and it worked fine with no issues also.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab E 16 GB WiFi works fine for me, it does everything I want it to do. I'm happy with my purchase and would buy it again.

I have counted on a tablet for the last 6 years and use it daily for work. I work in the field and rely on the portability of a tablet rather than a laptop. Even though I still need a laptop for certain applications, I have used a Motorola Xoom for the last six years. The Galaxy has been a very nice and affordable replacement to the Xoom. My Galaxy does not have cellular capability, but I can wifi through my external hotspot while in the field. The Galaxy pros: very affordable, very fast, SD card capable for extra storage. Cons: as all tabs, there is no USB ports which is a pain and the touch controls get in the way and cause you to exit out and sometimes delete what you are working on. All in all, it suits my needs.

This is a good solid tablet, which is easy to use, and synced seemlessly with my Android phone. The camera is average, but better than my Kindle Fire. I don't use a tablet to snap pics anyway.
The screen is quite good for a tablet, not as good as my Android Note 8, but that's a pretty top of the line phone. The keyboard for typing messages is fabulous as I use Messenger often.
The only issue I have is that the sound quality is a bit poor, but is good enough.
I like the tablet very much.

(3.75/5) I am writing this review from this tablet. I bought this tablet mostly to use as a comic book reader and for some Internet browsing while on the couch, in bed, etc. My primary device is a gaming desktop computer and I don't always want to be tied to my desk, and I felt my phone wasn't completely adequate for the purposes I mentioned. For my uses I would say it is a very good tablet. It has a nice large 9.6 inch screen, and the colors are bright and vibrant. The overall construction of the tablet feels durable. It has a nice heft to it and feels solid and sturdy. Performance wise it seems quick and responsive so far. I haven't had issues with lag with opening apps or scrolling. I've played a bit of Fruit Ninja and Terraria and both ran smoothly. As far as playing videos it seems serviceable. I tested an episode of Narcos on Netflix and some YouTube videos in 720p, as the resolution of this tablet is 1280x800, and the image quality was as crisp and clear as 720p allows for anyway. Battery life seems to be good so far. I have been able to use it for several hours of reading and Internet use without having to charge the battery. It's also upgradeable to Android 6.0 out of the box, which is a definite plus over some other similarly priced tablets.

Now as for the negatives, as I stated earlier the resolution is 1280x800, which I feel is a tad bit low for a tablet with a 9.6 inch screen. Another reviewer had mentioned being able to see the individual pixels that make up the display. I would say 90% of time, in my uses so far anyway, this has not been an issue. But sometimes, depending on the color composition of the image you are looking at you can see the pixels. Another thing other reviewers have pointed out is the sound quality. It does have only one small speaker, and it honestly doesn't sound all that great but I don't think it's as bad as some other reviewers make it out to be. In my opinion it's about what's to be expected from a low-mid range mobile device such as this. It has a 1.2 ghz Snapdragon processor, and for my uses so far it's been fine, but I could potentially see that being a little slow for some users. I also feel I need to mention that I was able to get this tablet as part of a combo deal where I was only paying around 170 USD for the tablet. For the price I paid I think I got a good deal, but I feel it may be a bit overpriced not on sale/part of a combo deal.

Final thoughts: For my purposes (comic book/e-reader, Internet browsing, and a bit of light mobile gaming) it works very well. If you're planning on using this tablet for listening to music or watching videos/tv/movies a lot, I would maybe recommend also investing in a decent Bluetooth speaker, as the sound quality does leave a bit to be desired. Also another reviewer mentioned something implying their on screen keyboard didn't work until they set it up, mine was working fine right out of the box. Finally, as I mentioned earlier this is a secondary device for me, and for my purposes it works well, and if your needs are similar it would most likely work well for you also. But if you're looking for something to be your primary computing/entertainment device I would maybe recommend spending a little extra on something with a little more computing power, higher resolution, and better sound quality.

I am not a tech person but have worked with my fair share of computers, laptops and tablets and this product is the best one yet. My husband has an i-Pad and I fell in love with it, often using it instead of my laptop. I decided I needed to get one for myself and after a great deal of research, purchased this tablet. This product charges quickly and holds a charge for several hours (6 or more) depending on what systems are running. I was concerned about the Android operating system because I use a Windows phone and wanted something that would sync with my OneDrive and OneNote (just as my bulky laptop does) and this product is equipped to do that. I was also happy to see that Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint were preloaded and ready to go. It does give the user the option to purchase the upgrade to Office 365, but the older version works fine for my purposes. I can work, surf and play on my tablet for hours without any issues

After several days of use I can say the iPad is a distant memory and I am so happy with my Galaxy Tablet. I did purchase the two (2) year protection package for added piece of mind, but have no concerns.

It is exactly what you'd pay for.

It is a budget tablet for basic needs, nothing intense.

You can check emails, stream some youtube, and use it as a POS system for your business.

I use it as a wall mount to have my home automation run out of. and it gets the job done.. its Thiccc and sort of heavy, 100% not light like the A and S tab editions.

Screen is great, bright, and battery lasts for a while with decent usage.

Would recommend this for a good budget tablet. dont expect to run high resolution apps there unless you plan on watching a snail race against a turtle while your waiting for things to buffer and load.

Tablet has a nice screen, but it can be touchy at times. May take a couple of taps to get it to respond. This could be due to the fact at times, I don't have the tablet on a solid surface so when I touch it. Probably isn't receiving enough pressure from my touch.

Otherwise, I am enjoying the tablet and would recommend it.
