    I bought this phone in May 2022 and in September 2022 'safe mode' came on. Nothing I did turned it off. I restarted the phone and even factory reset the phone nothing worked. Whenever I hit 'turn off safe mode' the phone restarts with safe mode still on. I cant get a refund or replacement from AMAZON because the return date has passed. I've reached out to the vendor but I'm not sure what's happening in that area. Also, the down button on the phone does not work at all. Whenever I click the down button once, the volume goes all the way down and at times the volume readjusts itself without me doing anything. I've had the phone for less than 6 months which seems to be a faulty phone, what is going to happen; am I going to lose my money and phone?? Can someone please tell me what to do, thank you

    Product arrived a couple of days early 👌. The phone is new and sturdy. Turned it on but didn't take me through the usual setup process I am used to with other phones bought in the past. The phone came on with a foreign language which I later found out to be Thai. I couldn't default it to English without the help of a friend to do that with much challenge... reason for the 4 star. When I thought it was all said and done, the internet browser brought up the Thai language again. Realized the URL directed me to Thai site, changed that to a familiar one and it was now in English. The browser seems to remember the last URL even when deactivated and reactivated so didn't have the Thai Language problem again. The phone has password, facial and finger print security features. I opted for the fingerprint security feature (password is a required option) and found it to be work real well. It also has 2 dedicated SIM card slots and a micro SD slot unlike some that uses one of the SIM card slots optionally for the micro SD card. Plan to use the phone for my international travels so I am yet to test all the appropriate functionalities of the phone having received it only yesterday. Therefore I can't grade the battery life yet.

    I bought this because my cell service forced us to go to 4G. I thought it was a good value until I accidentally allowed it to do an update. Now I hate that I can't see the letters when scrolling through my contacts. Why Samsung would take out that ability is beyond me! Other than that I love the color and really like the phone. It's not too big of a size yet the screen is big enough to see everything I need to see. The camera is ok resolution-wise. People can't hear me well on speakerphone at all, so that's useless. I guess it's a good value for the money. As uaual, had to turn off all the spy crap that comes on these and there was A LOT TO DO to turn it all off. Battery is still good and holds a charge well, but I've only had it a few months so far.
