It is slow, I reset the network settings so we shall see. In some areas it doesn't work at all. I did pay for one in "Excellent " condition is the only reason I even care about the cosmetic issues. It's pretty scratched up along the bottom but functionality is what I wanted. If I can find a way to speed it up it'll be pretty perfect. It came with a screen protector and charging cords. It's such a hassle to set up and transfer to a new phone so I'm really hoping it decides to speed up especially because I work delivery apps and getting orders quick is important. It came early.

Hands down great bye I love this phone, it did have a scratch on the screen when it came but it did state that it was a refurbished so I kind of expected there to be a scratch or two here and there but that was the only thing was a little scratch on the screen which is barely noticeable at all with the screen protector I bought you cannot even see it. But I will say do your research I see a lot of people saying oh this didn't match with my phone provider make sure you go to Google and type in this phone and your phone provider and what SIM or model number they work with that's how I was able to figure it out because I honestly had a different phone in my cart I was about to buy until I done the research and figured out hey that will not work with my phone carrier and I found this one which worked great I took my old phone in in this phone and they had the SIM card in this note 20 in less than 5 minutes it's a great phone if you need a new phone and one pretty phone I say buy it but like I said do your research I'm with Cricket it works with Cricket I can say that on the box it said it came from Metro customer service so I'm guessing it might work with them too but I would do the research before doing it.
