Purchased this phone to replace an off-brand that we kept having trouble with (one+). This Samsung represented one of the last phones to allow user-installed memory. That's a good reason to buy right there!!! The wireless charging is also a must have, and this works great.

Overall I have found this model has been very durable, two have lasted over three years on our account with a slight decline in battery life. I've noticed this reconditioned phone will last a day before it wants more power. My solution was to turn off the "always-on-display" as that's not really needed. Between that and keeping several wireless pads in key locations around the house, I think this phone will work out rather well.

Would (and did!) purchase again.

The phone is beautiful. There are no scratches or dents. The phone is pristine. It came with a charger and a sim pin opener. I don't use face recognition so I can't comment on that one. The blue color of the back is so pretty and the wallpaper is the look I was wanting. I bought the Samsung S20 Plus. The only problem is the phone getting overheated because One UI keeps trying to update the phone and the download causes the phone to cut off. I read that the updates are not being done by Samsung for the s20+ so that maybe the issue. Other than that I love my new refurbished phone.
