I have a Samsung Galaxy J7 Star (T-Mobile) and my dad had an older Samsung Galaxy On5 (T-Mobile) but the problem was that he ran out of internal RAM (8GB) and couldnt install or update apps anymore. I was a little skeptical about refurbished phones but I saw the reviews and most are above 4 stars. The Samsung Galaxy J7 Star has 32GB of internal RAM and it isnt too fancy as current models, so its not the best but not the worst. Its good for basic apps and calls. It arrived looking almost new and the processor is fast on startup. Calls are clear. 5 Stars. 🙂👍

My phone arrived today, and so far it is great. Had to do a little research to figure out how to get the SIM and memory cards installed since it doesn't come with instructions, but that was an easy web search. The phone is in good condition with a few scratches on side, but otherwise looks new. I regret that I didn't purchase this phone months ago, but I was uncertain about buying a refurbished phone and purchased another brand new which ended up being a waste of money. It's great being back in the Samsung universe, and I am now a believer on purchasing refurbished, which is also good for the environment.

This phone was not as advertised by the seller. It is blue not silver, and the speaker ( external) doesn't work rendering the phone useless for alarms, using it on speakerphone, or listening to anything without headphones. The battery life is also very low. I'm super disappointed and I'm considering returning it...

I was using a old Moto g4 and in the past two months it was giving insufferable issues I decided it was time for a new phone and I've had two Samsungs in the past and they've served me well. I can't be more glad how much more room, how much faster and sleeker this is over the Moto.
One of the issues the Moto had was fast draining battery life so I could barely have it unplugged for ten minutes without it shutting off. This Samsung can go over a whole day without a charge and I'm glad to have that back.
