Not going to go through the tech specs or performance of this phone. Bottom line, this is a great 5g, mid-range smartphone with a very good, but not high-end level camera.

For the "budget consumer", this phone represent a great intersection between function and cost.

More to the point of this review, this phone was sold as "reconditioned", i.e., used.

It was in a solid "good" condition. There were no scratches on the screen. There were some minor signs of wear and previous use.

The battery seemed to be in good condition and readily holds a charge.

It was "factory reset" and updated to the latest version of Android. Once connected to my wifi, all updates downloaded as expected.

Came with a SIM card removal tool, a cable and basic instructions.

I would definitely recommend this phone and seller, but as these phones are reconditioned, your mileage may vary.

Picked an Excellent Condition phone
Phone came in with no scratches, which contrary to what they tell you to expect. Battery is at 80% as they said but what they failed to mention was the battery saver feature so if you need to make this one last, it can. A quick note about the A51 UW/SM-A516V version is the Snapdragon processor which, according to Wikipedia: "is comparable to the Nvidia" for the PCs with a built in game booster so if you're looking for gaming phone its a good start. However the Snapdragon isn't available on other versions of the phone. Slap a phone case & screen protector on this and with the ability to expand the storage space and you're look at something that will go obsolete before you have to replace it.

Ich habe dieses Smartphone wegen 5G erworben, weil ich zuletzt mit einem S7 sehr gute Erfahrungen gemacht hatte. Leider ist dieses Smartphone das krasse Gegenteil. Zu Beginn mit Android 10: Kamera muss man ständig 3x tippen, bevor ein Foto in den Speicher gelangt. Fingerabdrucksensor funktioniert auch mit Pflaster auf dem halben Finger. Display reagiert nicht auf Tippen, speziell in den unteren Randbereichen, wo die virtuellen Tasten liegen.
Nachdem ich mich längere Zeit geweigert hatte, Android zu installieren, weil dort die eigenen Ordner vor mir selbst versteckt werden und ich aus diesem Grund meine Banking- und Krankenversicherungsdaten unzugänglich waren habe ich mich trotz Verlust dieser Daten, weil diese nicht per Backup/Restore wiederhergestellt werden, trotzdem entschlossen, das Update zu installieren. Geändert hat sich an der Situation kaum etwas. Weiterhin reagiert das Display zeitweise nicht, weiterhin funktioniert der Fingerabdrucksensor mit Pflaster (mittlerweile ein neues) auf dem anderen Finger und die Kamera macht erst im dritten Anlauf Fotos.
Was mich aber am meisten nervt sind diese ganzen Bloatwares, die einem mitgeliefert werden. Da mein S7 gerootet und einige Apps deaktiviert waren, wurde dieser Zustand auch im Android 10 so wiederhergestellt. Somit wurde die Aktivität des Smartphones reduziert. Seit Android 11 mit UI 3.0 laufen einige Apps Amok und verbrauchen, wie z.B. der Schrittzähler, über Nach 30% Akku, obwohl das Smartphone friedlich neben dem Bett liegt.
Ich werde das Samsung Smartphone verkaufen, wenn mein neues da ist. Ich habe mich aus Umweltgründen für ein Fairphone 4 entschieden. Akku, Module u. Display sind auswechselbar und ein nacktes Android 11 ohne Bloatware. Der Schraubendreher wird sogar mitgeliefert. So geht nachhaltig.
