Easy to clean because the cooking surface has no hardware attachments for the handle. The handle attaches to a molded area fitted to the handle. See the pictures of this pan compared to my old pan which does have hardware in the cooking surface which required extra care to get all the bits of food detached.

First, the frying pans are fantastic! They are made of quality material and the non-stick coating is really good and they are also very easy to clean. I had to reach out to Customer Service and not only did they message me back the same day but they immediately sent me a replacement handle as when I was installing the handle it slipped out of my hand and broke. I was heartbroken as I had broken it before even getting a chance to use it. I LOVE companies who stand behind their products and do the right thing, which honestly they did not have to do because it was totally my fault, but they immediately sent a replacement handle so I will definitely be buying more Sensarte cookware in the future and would definitely recommend their cookware to others. Thanks Sensarte you have a lifetime customer now:)
