Phone arrived in factory box with a usb-c to usb-c charging cable and a sim card removal tool. The box had been opened before, but I would expect that with a refurbished product. Cosmetically, the phone was pristine! No dents, dings, or scratches that I could find. Upon turning it on and setting it up with my Verizon account, nothing seemed amiss. And after using it for a couple of days, there's nothing wrong with the battery life either. I couldn't be happier. Hope yours comes in the same condition mine did...It can be a bit of a gamble buying refurbished products

The condition of the phone is worse than expected for $400. The cameras are really scratched up and the phone is pretty beat up. The main issue is the phone overheats very fast for no reason. It just keeps heating up even if it is not in use. I doubt this phone will last long. I did not recieve the Sim card remover piece that it claims is in the box. The charger also gets very hot when plugged in.

Phone was in great shape, and functions as described. Locked phone, for Verison customers. Had phone for over a month now, and phone continues to operate as expected. This was an exact replacement phone to my previously stolen and deatroyed S23 supllied by my carrier. I see no difference in its functionality, and has match or better performance. Maybe those who complained are the only ones that had rated it, and the rest never rated it. IDK about everyone else, but mine is awesome sauce 😎
