I haven't had this refurbished phone but a week but will update later on how it's holding up.
So far it's great! It was compatible with my phone service as stated, and came in excellent condition. The first few charges it seemed to get hotter than I liked but hadn't done the same since. Not sure if that was because of initial set up or the original case I bought for it. It was factory reset and in excellent condition as stated. I'm very hopeful for the longevity of this device as it is supposed to get so many updates which made the cost easier to chew. I don't like payment plans so buying this outright was optional. I'll update after I've had it longer but honestly, I'm very surprised and satisfied.
It came in a generic box but had the Samsung charging box which also was a nice surprise as stated in the description not all phones will come with original packing items.

damaged cable
The phone is in perfect condition, the battery works like new and its cameras are excellent.The adapter is original, it has little use, the cable is original but damagedI will have to buy another cable because when charging, it does not do well and connects and disconnects constantly.I hope it's not the phone's charging port.
