Phone arrived with the charging port damaged
Bought this phone for my teenage son; it arrived with charging port and side of phone damaged - see photo. When he tries to charge it he has to make sure it's in the exact right spot or won't begin charging- when he picks it up while plugged in it often stops charging completely. We dont want to go through the hassle of returning and waiting for another phone, but I am just very disappointed in the Amazon Renew program and wish I would have looked it over closer before giving the phone to him.
