I have been using Samsung mobile phone for more than 10 years and have been a fervent support of Samsung. However, I am very disappointed and even felt MISLED by Samsung on one of the Galaxy A15 5G mobile phone's function - the dual SIM Card cum Micro-SD card slot. Yes, this mobile phone indeed is able to accommodate dual SIM Card and Micro-SD card, BUT NOT at the same time. Meaning that if I use DUAL SIM card, then I am UNABLE to use Micro-SD card AT THE SAME TIME. This pisses me off, and I felt very misled by Samsung. From the very outset, Samsung should very clearly state that user CANNOT use ALL THREE CARD AT THE SAME TIME. Meaning the device only allows EITHER one SIM card and one Micro-SD card OR dual SIM card at the same time. This setback defeats the purpose for me the buy this mobile phone. I felt misled, or even, cheated.
