My poor stepdaughter's phone was outdated. She was very reluctant of me purchasing a phone via Amazon for her. Apparently, she had bad experiences of the product not being as advertised. She was prepared for the returning process when it arrived to her.
It arrived early. It had all the features as advertised. She was able to connect to her phone provider with some assistance from them. It all went smoothly. Plus, I double checked the correct memory she requested. She is very happy and pleasantly surprised that it worked out well. ~Thank you all
