With the curved screen on this phone I'm super paranoid of it getting hit on the side during an accidental fall. I tried other case but many of them barely had any protection on the side of the screen. This case goes just a tad over the screen so if you lay your phone down it's raised off the screen. Very clean look with the case perfect for showing off the phone color. One thing is the back of it does get a little slippery so you do have to wipe it down from time to time.

This case looks great on my 12R and does everything you could want in a thin case. It works fine with tempered glass on the camera lenses and the raised edges really make me comfortable with the level of protection. I also slapped an adhesive metal plate on the back to work with my magnetic car mount.

Sure, a bulkier case would have a greater chance to protect the phone, but for me, this one is perfect.

I haven't had it long enough to know if it will yellow or not, but right now it looks great! I also haven't tried a tempered glass screen protector yet to verify compatibility.

Just put the case on my new 12R as of May 17. It is darker blue than photoed so it doesn't look as close the phones light blue as I wanted. The pictures of the item looked way cooler. I like that the lenes and flash are not covered to avoid issues with using them. Fits perfect but I'm worried about lint getting into the seams of the edges, I can see it already but I'll update later. I like it but after time I'll see if I come back and add or remove a star from the review. I also expected a different feel to the blue parts of the case, not what I was expecting.
