So far, my blood tests confirm that this form of CoQ10 with added ingredients performs better than any other I have taken. In the past, my doctor had me on a statin to bring down my cholesterol. I was advised (by friends) to add a CoQ10, so I did. About 3 months later, when the statin was raised to 10 mg, I was hospitalized with severe muscle pain.
