Softgels are HUGE!
This is my first impression of the product. I'll update again after I've gotten through the whole bottle, that is, IF I can get through it. I struggled with the first capsule because of the size. It stuck in my throat (kinda scary!) but i was able to wash it on down with more liquid. So, if you are someone who has difficulty swallowing, and I usually do not, right off the bat I will say be aware that these may be the largest pills of any kind that I've ever swallowed! For the rest of the bottle, I'm making sure i use plenty of liquid to get these horse pills down my craw. I'm tempted to puncture the gelcap and mix the contents with honey. Time will tell.

This product is very fast absorbing and effective. My understanding is that it is necessary to take 400 mg/ per day so I am tak8ng 2 of these per day. I feel wonderful! I have so much energy and my interest in the world around me has increased as well. I had started feeling completely exhausted all the time but within 24 hours of taking this I am back to my very energetic self. A very good value for the price, even when taking two per day. I may try cutting back to 1 per day and just check the difference. They are quite large but I found them easy to swallow.
